Cherry blossom sea bream is famous as it is designated as one of Kumamoto’s spring delicacies. Grown in the sea in Amakusa where the current is strong, the sea bream has firm flesh with an excellent flavor. We serve the fish in Cherry Blossom Sea Bream Kaiseki from March to May.
